- How to undertake an audit to identify compliance gaps and continually improving your department’s performance

This unit forms part of the “Diploma in Management & Leadership for Business and Hospitality” qualification, accredited by the Confederation for Tourism and Hospitality. Units from this program can be individually completed and certificated by the CTH, following assessment.
