This is a three day workshop, from 9:00am to 4:00pm on the 28th, 29th and 30th November 2017.
Workshop Overview
This workshop ensures that your senior members of staff are well equipped to fully implement and support your HACCP-based food safety management system. As well as improving your property’s food safety processes, staff will be able to respond effectively to tour operator and environmental health department audits.

Price and Payment Details
The overall cost of the three day programme is usually $1,500 ECD, however with SLHTA’s TEF scholarship, participating properties need only pay $750 ECD plus VAT. This includes all tuition, certification, lunch and refreshments across the three days.
