As well as learning about the key principles that underpin excellent customer service, participants learn about the internal and external drivers of change, the challenges of creating and fostering the desired culture, and the tools and techniques for implementing, monitoring and measuring success.

Certification
This unit forms part of the “Diploma in Management & Leadership for Business and Hospitality” qualification, accredited by the Confederation for Tourism and Hospitality. Units from this program can be individually completed and certificated by the CTH, following assessment.
