The programme consists of three interactive workshops, structured as detailed below.
Workshop 1: Unlocking Your Leadership Potential to Drive Business Performance
- Learn how to motivate your team, develop your leadership style, and drive business performance
- Understand the difference between management and leadership
- Delivered in two sessions (3 hours each) on consecutive days to allow for review and reflection
Workshop 2: Using Strategy Execution Methods to Achieve Business Goals
- Gain practical tools to develop strategic goals and translate them into team objectives
- Learn how to communicate priorities, execute plans, and measure success
- Includes a case study assignment
- Delivered in two sessions (3 hours each) on consecutive days
Workshop 3: Developing a Caring Customer Service Culture for Organizational Growth
- Explore the impact of company culture on employee engagement and business success
- Understand the psychology of customers and teams
- Learn how to drive change and build a values-driven workplace culture
- Delivered in a single 3-hour session

Certification & CPD Accreditation
Each workshop is individually certificated by Springboard Caribbean and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality, UK. Participants will earn two (2) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points per workshop, a recognized industry standard for professional growth.
