Using Strategy Execution Methods to Effectively Deliver Your Business Goals

Diploma in Management and Leadership

Leadership Development Workshops

Course Overview

Successful hospitality businesses usually have a clear vision of where they want to be. They recognise that at the heart of their success is their ability to translate that vision into strategic objectives, and they develop plans and measures to ensure that the vision becomes reality. However, it is also true that many managers and supervisors get so caught up in the daily “fire-fighting” that they lose sight of the overall vision and goals, which results in the business either treading water or slowly declining.

This inspirational and engaging workshop is designed to address the above problem, and help businesses refocus their managers and create the conditions for success. It draws on lessons from successful businesses, and delivers a pragmatic and structured framework to help business owners, GMs and managers focus on the critical success factors that enable them to improve both their financial and non-financial performance.

This hands-on workshop explores methods and tools to successfully execute your strategy, and improve organisational performance. It provides practical learning opportunities to break the organisational vision and mission down into clearly articulated deliverables. Participants also learn how to fully engage their teams in the process, measure successful delivery, and accelerate their departmental and team performance through an easy to use reporting and analysis framework. Participants leave the workshop fired-up to lead their teams to drive up results.

Testimonial

“The delivery of the programme was interactive with highly committed, enthusiastic and professional trainers. As the General Manager I was particularly pleased to see my team all “fired up” with some of them finding the confidence to implement long needed changes to the way they managed even before the programme ended.

I would definitely recommend Springboard for their flexibility, affordability and high professional standards.”
