Bar and Restaurant Skills
Springboard Caribbean’s Hospitality Skills Employment Programme provides skills training for those interested in working in the hotel and tourism industry. We develop relationships with employer partners to ensure that graduates of this programme are offered the opportunity to be interviewed for sustainable and well paid positions within the industry. To date over 600 graduates have been offered full time positions as a direct result of their involvement within Springboard programmes. This represents a success rate of 90% of all those put forward for interview.
The qualifications included this programme are:
- VTCT Level 2 Qualification – Hospitality Industry Skills – Bar Service (Bartending)
- VTCT Level 2 Qualification – Hospitality Industry Skills – Food Service (Restaurant)
