Hospitality Industry Skills Programme
Springboard is the leading provider of Hospitality Industry Skills training in St Lucia, providing the industry with approximately 300 graduates a year. Over 92% of these graduates have been directly assisted, by Springboard, into sustainable and well paid hospitality positions on completion of their training.
Springboard’s has worked in collaboration with the VTCT (Vocational Training Charity Trust) Accreditation body in the UK to ensure that this suite of UK accredited qualifications provides both existing and potential hospitality workers with the practical knowledge, skills, attitude and certification to be an immediate asset to the organisations that employ them.
